Administration

Dr. McGhee is a native of the great state of TEXAS. She began her career as a special education teacher and has also been a guidance counselor, kindergarten teacher, and at-risk teacher. After completing her undergraduate degree at Prairie View A&M University, she also earned a Master's degree from Clark Atlanta University. She also earned both a specialist and doctorate in Educational Leadership. Her hobbies include traveling with her husband Alonzo and supporting her three children in their various activities. Dr. McGhee believes that each child is unique and deserves and opportunity to succeed.

Mrs. Finley is a resident in the cove area. She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University in secondary education, her Master’s degree in school counseling from Alabama A&M University, and her administrative degree from the University of South Alabama. A former high school teacher and guidance counselor, Mrs. Finley was the school counselor at Hampton Cove Elementary from 2001- 2005. During the 2006 school year, she began her administrative career at Bob Jones High School. In addition to attending Auburn football games in the fall with her husband, Kirk and her 2 sons, she also enjoys gardening and running.
