1) If your child requires medication to be given at school for any reason, you must complete a medication authorization form . This form must be signed by a parent and a physician. We will not accept any medication without this form. You may obtain the form from the front office or nurse's office or by clicking on the authorization form link above. Please note: Students are not permitted to transport medication to and from school, unless approved by the school nurse. An adult must bring the medication to the front office and pick it up.
2) Please do not send your child to school with a fever. Students must be free of fever for 24 hours before returning to school (without assistance from Tylenol or Motrin).
3) Students must be free of vomiting/diarrhea for 24 hours before returning to school.
4) If a student has strep throat, he/she can return to school 24 hours after the start of antibiotics.
5) Please remind your children to wash their hands frequently with soap and water. Also, be sure they are not sharing food, drinks, or clothing with other students.
