This course provides a scientific and hands-on fundamentals of beauty culture. Students can earn over half of the required hours for a state cosmetologist license (1500 hours are required for a state license.)  Subjects include:  Beauty salon management, complete hair and skin care, hygiene and good grooming.  Students must be 16 years of age and have a health certificate
