Career Readiness Plans :

Several Programs will remain at the HCT campus for the 2012 - 2013 school year until facilities are complete at the Huntsville High School campus. These programs include:

Drafting Design, Precision Machining, Welding, Automotive Technology, Collision Repair, Computer Electronics, Cosmetology & Barbering, Residential Construction, and Culinary Arts. This includes the Moonbuggy Project, Greenpower Race Project, and the Rocket City Space Pioneers.

When the programs move to the Huntsville High campus they will remain open to all Huntsville City School students. This phase should be complete during the 2013 -2014 school year.

Programs moving into the high schools 2012-2013 include:

Health Science at all High Schools

Graphic Arts at Lee/New Century

Law and Public Safety at Johnson High School

Certifications for students who complete a pathway (3 earned credits) will begin during the 2012-2013 school year.
